Binance Coin

Binance Coin is the cryptocurrency of the decentralized exchange, Binance. Initially, the coin was based on Ethereum, but has since been moved to become tnative to the Binance blockchain. Binance engages in quarterly "burns" of Binance coins, which means they remove the tokens from circulation to decrease supply and increase the price on the market. Currently, Binance Coin is used to cover transaction fees on Binance's site, Binance Chain, and Binance DEX, as well as for other more general currency uses.
